Have been meaning to put up a big slew of stuff, it's a right pain scanning them, still haven't had great results.
To get the ball rolling, have posted this from todays session (at work, once a week, two hours... tend to do ten or so 1 minute poses, then a variation of 10 - 45 minute poses).
Will follow this one up soon.... the good, the bad, and the poorly fore-shortened.
